About Me

digitguy Robert Smith: My name is Robert Sidney Smith and I am a teacher at the TAFE Design Centre Enmore in Sydney Australia. I work in the frantic and demanding world of digital web video and web Design that includes HTML, CSS, Muse, Dreamweaver, After Effects, In-Design, Photoshop, Illustrator and Logic DAW. The current adoption of HTML 5 and the massive growth of Mobile Devices have changed the Design Landscape and it is an exciting time to be part of the Digital Revolution. I am currently teaching Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design, After Effects, Dreamweaver and Muse. My main thrust is the development of Adobe After Effects digital video from a Graphic Designer's point of view. My current claim to fame is that I have developed my first Apple App store Application. It's called TLD (talk like a designer) and is a bullshit generator that creates random design phrases. Great at exhibitions and art galleries. Makes you sound like you know what your talking about. Great value at 99c. Type TLD into the App store search field. too easy. I love Design, Technology and Music.
